At Frames Footwear, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Whether the fit isn't right or you've changed your mind, our streamlined process ensures a hassle-free experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear back into its original designer box and secure it within a protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old barcodes.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
